Payment Policy
No payment is taken at checkout
The Send order request button saves an intake record. It does not charge a card, open a payment gateway, transfer funds or create a paid order. No payment-card fields are included. The thank-you reference confirms successful storage only; it is not a payment receipt or proof that the merchant has sent an email.
USD product prices
All listed catalogue prices, unit amounts, line totals and product subtotals use USD. The subtotal is based on the selected products and quantities. Listed options do not count as different products or imply actual availability. Check your selection before submitting and ask about actual goods before agreeing an amount to pay.
What the subtotal excludes
Shipping, taxes and other charges not yet agreed are not included in the displayed product subtotal. We do not invent a sales-tax rate, delivery price or final payable total. Obtain the full amount and relevant conditions directly from the merchant before making a payment under a separately confirmed transaction.
Direct confirmation of purchase arrangements
Contact the studio yourself with your request reference. Confirm actual availability, selected size or cap construction, product details, total charges, delivery and the proposed payment method. The website does not advertise unsupported card brands, wallets, instalment services or banking integrations. A request does not reserve goods.
Protect your payment information
Do not enter card numbers, bank credentials or authentication codes in checkout notes, email replies or a general enquiry. Use only a payment route confirmed through a trusted direct conversation. If instructions appear inconsistent with the agreed transaction, verify them using the canonical contact details rather than following an unfamiliar link.
Price authority and intake checks
The server calculates accepted request lines from its catalogue rather than trusting client-supplied prices, names, currency or totals. Invalid product identifiers, options and quantities are rejected. This protects the stored request, but it does not remove the need to agree actual purchase terms or resolve any catalogue error before payment.
Duplicate requests and payment disputes
Identical replay of an accepted request key returns its existing reference; it does not take another payment because no payment is taken here. Any disputed charge, refund or payment status must be handled under the actual separately agreed transaction. Contact us with relevant references and a clear explanation, without sending full card or account data.
