A saved request can be clarified
A checkout request is not a paid transaction. If you wish to change the tee, cap, size, quantity or contact details, contact us with the reference before agreeing a purchase. The storefront cannot refund money it did not collect and does not claim that removing an item from your browser edits an already stored server request.
Before agreeing a purchase
Confirm actual garment measurements, cap adjustment range, composition, care and return conditions directly. The listed size names are not a measured fit chart, and illustrative product images do not establish fabric specifications. Keep the agreed purchase details and any relevant written conditions so a later concern can be identified clearly.
Reporting a product concern
Contact us with the design name, request or transaction reference and a concise description of the issue. For a damaged, incorrect or otherwise problematic item, explain what was received and retain relevant packaging. Photographs may help, but do not send payment-card numbers or unrelated sensitive documents.
Confirm the return destination
Do not send goods to the company address without authorization. Obtain the correct return destination, packaging instructions and any identifying reference first. The published Denver address is not automatically a warehouse or return counter. An unarranged visit or parcel may not reach the person handling the actual transaction.
Eligibility and applicable rights
Return and cancellation conditions should be confirmed for the actual US purchase and remain subject to applicable federal and state requirements.
